Votre rôle et vos responsabilités : - Manager les commandes Direct et Intraco (OI/AG) dont la saisie est confiée à MBS  - Piloter l’analyse, la validation des éléments de la commande (prix via facture proforma, produits, optimisation, délais, type de moyen de transport…) et s’assurer de la saisie conforme des commandes par MBS dans les outils de Gestion : SAP - Assurer le lien avec le Credit risk management en cas de blocages crédit clients - Vérifier les dates de production et disponibilités des références produites à la commande - Valider et confirmer la commande et date de livraison au client - Assurer les échanges avec le client, liés à la finalisation de la commande en fonction des informations sur la disponibilité des produits - Assurer la bonne exécution des commandes en bons de livraison par l’ATP - Envoyer les documents aux clients (liasse documentaire …) - Optimiser au maximum les containers avec le client afin de limiter les coûts - Challenger l’équipe Interlog quant aux coûts de transports et trouver la meilleure option pour un gain de temps et d’argent - Etre garant du bon respect du code douanier pour chacune des commandes - Coordonner et challenger Interlog, JAS, FM, la Douane, les Sales - Développer des outils pour rendre la communication plus efficace (C&T, POSIT) Vous devez également : Analyser les litiges commerciaux et logistiques et les gérer en collaboration avec le chef de marché (Export direct), l’entrepôt et Interlog Rédiger et mettre à jour les procédures du service en collaboration avec l’équipe, créer et actualiser toutes les fiches clients, aider à la mise à jour des contrats clients et prestataires Prendre en charge des missions transversales et/ou pôles d’expertise dans le cadre de programmes d’amélioration continue.
