Du wirkst an der Ableitung von personalrelevanten Maßnahmen und der konzeptionellen Entwicklung von HR-Lösungen zur Unterstützung der Business Strategie mit . Du unterstützt bei der Steuerung der HR-Prozesse wie z.B. Organisationsentwicklung, Personalentwicklung und alle Bausteine der Personalplanung. Du bist verantwortlich für die Umsetzung und das Controlling der Personalkostenplanung. Du treibst Veränderungsprozesse in den Funktionsbereichen voran. Du arbeitest eng dem Center of Expertise sowie der HR Shared Service Organisation zusammen und entwickelst mit diesen in Projekten das HR Portfolio weiter. Your Profile Du verfügst über ein abgeschlossenes Studium mit dem Schwerpunkt Personal. Du konntest bereits Berufserfahrung in der operativen oder strategischen Personalarbeit sammeln. Du bringst Erfahrung in der Anwendung moderner HR Instrumente sowie Kenntnisse im Arbeits-, Tarif- und Betriebsverfassungsrecht mit. Du bringst ein hohes Maß an Eigenmotivation und Verhandlungsgeschick mit. Du überzeugst dein Umfeld durch ein sicheres Auftreten, einen ausgeprägten Teamspirit, Kommunikationsstärke und die Fähigkeit, sich schnell auf unterschiedliche Gesprächspartner und Hierarchieebenen einzustellen.
