Official Internal Job Title: Technical Resource Technician Status: Regular Job Description: Pourquoi ce poste est important En tant que technicien aux ressources techniques tu apportes ton soutien aux employés dans leurs diverses problématiques reliées aux postes de travail. Tu participes au montage des postes et à l'accompagnement technique des équipements de type vidéoconférence par exemple. Ta disponibilité et ton souci du détail jouent un rôle clé dans l'expérience vécue par tous les membres de l'organisation. Ta contribution à l'équipe Recevoir et traiter les demandes de service, d’incidents ou d’information des utilisateurs des systèmes informatiques. Chercher à résoudre les demandes de service, d’incidents ou d’information dès le premier contact avec l’utilisateur. Enregistrer chaque demande, les qualifier, les catégoriser et, au besoin, les aiguiller au bon endroit et documenter les solutions appliquées. Assister les utilisateurs lorsque la présence sur place est requise. Installation de logiciel à la pièce. Assurer l’ouverture et la fermeture des différents comptes d’accès aux systèmes informatiques. Effectuer la livraison, l’installation et l’entretien des équipements de bureautique (PC, imprimantes, projecteurs, etc.) et de téléphonie (téléphone, casque d’écoute, cellulaire, etc.). Effectuer l’installation et l’entretien des logiciels sur les postes de travail. Maintenir à jour la CMDB (Configuration Management Database). Effectuer et maintenir les prises d’inventaire des équipements faisant partie de l’infrastructure informatique et de téléphonie. Récupérer des fichiers à partir des copies de sécurité. Faire le suivi des commandes. Participer activement aux réaménagements. Participer à la recherche de solutions pour les incidents et les problèmes. À l’occasion, formation des techniciens au centre d’assistance. Participer aux travaux collectifs organisés sous la supervision de la direction. Ce qui te permet de réussir DEC ou AEC en informatique, en électronique ou en installation de réseaux.
