About the Role 建立监管沟通机制、统筹政府接待，并严格管理印章、证照及收发文流程，确保公司行政事务合规高效运行。档案管理及OA维护，进行上传下达与事项督办，确保指令准确传达及各部门工作的有效推进。岗位职责：根据公司监管沟通相关制度要求，协助总经办负责人建立监管沟通机制，并负责监管机构的日常沟通。协助监管/政府部门来访接待组织协调，包括内部人员沟通、材料准备及会议组织。根据公司收发文处理流程，及时有序处理公司的收发文，建立收发文记录台账。根据公司印章管理相关制度，负责印章保管及日常用印审核，确保印章管理符合公司规范。根据监管要求和公司证照管理相关制度，负责证照保管及证照使用审核，证照年检等，确保证照管理符合规范。根据公司财务、行政相关制度，负责部门内部OA系统信息更新和维护，提供服务支持。全面负责总经理的办公服务工作，为总经理进行公司日常事务管理过程提供行政及文秘支持。负责与总经理相关的各类文件、档案的整理及保存。协助总经理了解公司各职能部门经营管理情况，及时、准确地向各部门传达总经理指示，有效地做好上传下达、信息沟通工作，并协助总经理进行待跟进事项的追踪、协调及推进。完成总经理交付的其他工作，包括但不限于总经理日常行程的协调、安排，接待总经理办公室访客。依据监管要求及公司证照管理制度，负责所指定机构的营业执照和保险/金融许可证的管理工作，确保证照合法有效、管理合规、档案规范完整，保障公司经营合规。岗位要求：大学本科以上学历。 3年以上寿险行业相关经验。具有行政办公室岗位工作经验。具有与当地监管合作经验优先。 Build a career with us as we help our customers and the community live Healthier, Longer, Better Lives.
