Full Time: 40 hours per week Schedule: Sat, Sun, Mon, Tues, Wed Must have weekend availability! Competitive pay: Starting at $23-$25/hr - DOE Key Responsibilities: Engage with prospective residents and families, providing a warm, informative welcome to Ridgeway. Guide families through the admissions process, ensuring they feel supported and informed every step of the way. Build strong relationships with our community, contributing to a positive and inclusive environment. Collaborate with other departments to maintain seamless transitions and a smooth experience for incoming residents. Assist with Resident room moves. Other Ad Hoc duties such as reception coverage, and other assigned administrative tasks. Qualifications: Strong background in customer service or admissions, preferably within healthcare. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks with a positive attitude.
