Your Opportunity: Taylor Corporation is looking for an energetic Purchasing Representative to join our dynamic manufacturing team and contribute to our success at our Hutchins, facility! Work Authorization: To be considered for Taylor opportunities, candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship. Your Responsibilities: Create and process purchase orders for materials and supplies Research, interview, and communicate with suppliers to obtain pricing and specifications Provide routine administrative support to the purchasing team Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and vendor information Follow established purchasing guidelines, policies, and procedures Work under supervision to support daily purchasing operations Your Shift: Monday - Friday, 7:00am - 3:00pm You Must Have: Knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures in purchasing or office support Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to follow instructions and established processes We Would Also Prefer: Prior experience in a manufacturing or office environment Familiarity with Microsoft Office and basic computer applications Strong written and verbal communication skills About Taylor Corporation One of the largest print and communications firms in North America, Taylor’s family of companies provides a diverse set of products, services and technologies that address the toughest business challenges.
