Manufacturing Production Associate Job Description MasterBrand Cabinets is hiring Production Associates to work in our fast-paced cabinet manufacturing facility in Grants Pass, Oregon. No prior cabinet-making experience is required. We provide on-the-job training and opportunities to learn multiple production and assembly processes. As a Production Associate, you may assist with: Cabinet assembly and manufacturing Operating production equipment and hand tools Packaging and preparing products for shipment Material handling and movement of cabinet components Quality inspections and production support Meeting daily production goals while maintaining safety standards What You'll Do Work in a Dynamic Manufacturing Environment Perform production and assembly tasks in a fast-paced setting. Help manufacture high-quality kitchen and bath cabinetry. Maintain efficiency, quality, and safety throughout the production process.
