Vancouver Clinic is hiring a non-clinical Clinic Assistant to support our Ophthalmology team’s clinical workflows. This role focuses on completing pre-visit chart reviews, preparing charts for providers, reviewing patient information, and uploading existing test results into the electronic medical record. The Clinic Assistant helps ensure clinicians have accurate, organized information available before each appointment, supporting efficient visits and coordinated patient care. Location: Salmon Creek 1 (2525 NE 139th Street – Vancouver, WA 98686) Hiring range generally between $19.07/hour to $22.86/hour, and placement in the range depends on an evaluation of experience. Schedule: variable 20 hours per week with start times as early as 8:00a and end times as late as 4:30p Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required Ophthalmology clinic experience required Knowledge of medical terminology and ophthalmic terminology preferred Two years of experience in a health care environment preferred.
