Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Complete assessments, administer medications/treatments, observes patients progress and evaluates therapies for clinical outcomes and effectiveness Collaborate with physicians and other medical professionals to develop an optimal health care strategy plan for each patient Support and educate patients and their loves ones to achieve maximum outcomes Critical Thinking Strive to exceed patient expectations Demonstrate interpersonal skills Scheduled Hours: 24 hours a week. Weekend and Holiday rotation. Work Shift: 7A-730P Education Required: Must be a graduate of an accredited nursing program. Licenses, Registrations, Certifications Required: State of Massachusetts RN licensure (or eligibility) BLS Certification Experience: Emergency Department experience required. Pay Range: $36.93 - $80.96 This position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement. The pay range listed for this position is the base hourly wage range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at this time. The pay range for this position is established and governed by the terms of the applicable collective bargaining agreement. Employees hired into this position will receive compensation consistent with the terms of the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
