About this role Designs, develops and tests core development infrastructure, libraries and frameworks. Generates systems software engineering policies, standards and procedures. Utilizes operating-system level tools and services to diagnose and resolve issues with interaction between user-space applications and underlying operations systems. May perform high-level root cause analysis for service interruptions, and help bring services back online once a problem is resolved.
