DO

Vienna, at

Head of VIP & Race Relations.

FULL TIMELEADERSHIP

DO & CO is seeking an exceptional Head of VIP & Race Relations to become the face of our guest services and entertainment across the Formula 1 calendar. This is a senior, highly visible role for a relationship builder who understands that true luxury lies in anticipation, discretion and the perfect detail.

You will own every relationship that matters most to us at the track: VIP guests, DO & CO investors, influencers, partners and key stakeholders. From the first invitation to the final farewell, you will shape race weekends that guests remember and return for.

Working closely with Social Media, Marketing, Operations and Leadership, you will act as the primary ambassador of the DO & CO brand within the Formula 1 hospitality ecosystem. You will be present at races worldwide, hosting in person and setting the standard for what world-class hospitality looks and feels like.

Key Responsibilities:

VIP Guest Management

  • Act as the primary relationship manager for DO & CO VIP guests attending Formula 1 events.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with high-value guests and stakeholders.
  • Host guests throughout race weekends, from arrival to departure.
  • Curate personalised experiences, including hospitality tours of our main kitchen, Paddock Club and exclusive behind-the-scenes access.
  • Maintain detailed guest preference profiles to deliver ever more tailored experiences.

Influencer Relations

  • Own the influencer engagement strategy for race events.
  • Identify, recruit and manage influencer attendance in line with brand and commercial objectives.
  • Coordinate influencer itineraries, access requirements and hospitality experiences.
  • Partner with Social Media to maximise brand exposure and authentic content opportunities.
  • Build relationships with key personalities, creators and media figures across F1, motorsport, luxury lifestyle, travel, fashion and entertainment.

Investor Relations Support

  • Lead hospitality programmes for investors and shareholders attending race events as DO & CO guests.
  • Coordinate executive hospitality and investor-facing experiences with senior leadership and DO & CO board members.
  • Ensure investors receive impeccable service and get exposure to the unique DO & CO DNA.

Travel & Logistics

  • Coordinate travel for VIPs, influencers and key stakeholders.
  • Manage itineraries, transfers, accommodation and race credentials.
  • Act as the single point of contact for all DO & CO VIP guest travel matters, before and during each event.

Entertainment & Experience Management

  • Lead the planning and execution of entertainment programmes at Formula 1 events.
  • Source, negotiate and manage bands, DJs, artists and performers at a range of “special races” and manage the regular artists at typical races.
  • Curate race weekend entertainment that reflects DO & CO's premium positioning.
  • Oversee guest-facing experiential activations from concept to delivery, including liaising with DO & CO leadership for creative direction.

Partnership & Activation Management

  • Serve as the primary contact for key hospitality activation partners.
  • Manage onsite experiential partners, including activations such as “Box Box Beauty Stop by Sephora.”
  • Coordinate partner staffing, schedules, set-up requirements and service standards.
  • Manage relationships with makeup artists, beauty professionals, entertainers and other experiential vendors.
  • Ensure every activation meets DO & CO brand standards and exceeds guest expectations.

Experience & Qualifications

  • Extensive senior experience in luxury hospitality, VIP guest services, sports hospitality or high-end events.
  • A proven record of managing high-profile personalities, celebrities, influencers and executive stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated success leading complex, multi-day international events.
  • Experience sourcing and contracting entertainment, talent and experiential suppliers.
  • Experience working alongside marketing, social media and commercial teams to deliver brand objectives.
  • Preferably - a degree in Hospitality Management, Business, Marketing, Events or a related field is advantageous; exceptional industry experience is equally valued.
  • Fluent English is essential; additional languages such as German, French, Italian, Spanish or Arabic are highly valued.
  • A valid passport and the ability to travel internationally for extended periods.

Preferred Experience

  • Direct experience within Formula 1, the Paddock Club or wider motorsport hospitality.
  • A background with luxury travel, premium lifestyle, fashion, beauty or entertainment brands.
  • An established network of influencers, creators, celebrities and media figures.
  • Experience supporting investor relations or executive hospitality programmes.
  • Experience managing branded experiential activations with global partners.
  • Familiarity with credential systems, accreditation processes and the operational rhythm of a race weekend.
