Title: Staffing Coordinator Location: Rochester, NY Compensation: $28/hour Always Compassionate Home Care is seeking a (per diem) Staffing Coordinator to work with our coordination team. This team’s primary responsibility is to work directly with our caregivers to ensure they are providing our clients with the compassionate care our clients deserve. Coordinators focus on delivery of care through scheduling and continuous communication with our PCA/HHA Division. Schedule: Monday-Friday 9-5pm Responsibilities: Maintain schedules for home care clients- scheduling home care staff accordingly. Communicating schedule assignments with staff and clients. Collaborate with recruitment department regarding hiring HHA/PCAs from difficult to serve geographical areas. Documents and reports to Supervisor when there is a change in client status, change in service requirement, change in aide assigned to case, incidents, and complaints. Partners with recruiters and intake coordinators to ensure immediate and effective care coverage. Communicate all relevant information to nurses and homecare clients. Follows up with clients, and families regarding schedule changes, service issues, etc... Qualifications: Working knowledge of NYS DOH Home Care operations preferred.
