Director, Franchise Commercial Execution - Integrated Execution.

LEADERSHIP
Job Description Summary: Job Description The Director, Franchise Commercial Execution - Integrated Execution is responsible for leading Integrated Execution across the full portfolio and all categories, connecting priority customer plans and system execution frameworks to consistent bottler execution across the South Region. The role serves as the primary South Region integration point for top NRS customer alignment and for execution frameworks including ESH, 7Cs, customer PICOS, Market Street Challenge, and driving customer connection across the Southeast RCLB, ensuring customer commitments and execution standards are clear, coordinated, measurable, and ready for deployment through Coca-Cola United and South Region Mainstream bottlers. The Director works closely with Customer teams, Franchise Commercial Execution, Franchise Operations, RGM, Marketing, Finance, and bottler Commercial and Operations teams to resolve gaps, strengthen execution routines, and scale effective practices across the system. Customer teams retain ownership of customer strategies, plans, and business outcomes; Franchise Operations owns geographic deployment and outlet-level follow-through. This role owns the integration, translation, and stewardship required to connect those plans to consistent system execution. What You’ll Do for Us Lead South Region Integrated Execution alignment and execution readiness across the full portfolio and all categories for priority NRS customer plans, connecting customer commitments, bottler plans, PICOS, execution standards, timing, measures, and ownership. Partner with Customer teams to translate top customer strategies and commitments into clear system execution requirements while preserving Customer-team accountability for the customer plan and business outcome. Steward South Region execution frameworks including ESH and 7Cs, ensuring definitions, scorecards, routines, and expectations are aligned across customer, franchise, and bottler teams. Coordinate customer PICOS across priority NRS customers and bottlers, identifying gaps, inconsistencies, and execution risks and driving resolution with the appropriate business owners. Connect MSC and RCLB priorities, where applicable, to customer and bottler execution plans, ensuring system commitments are reflected in deployment, measurement, and stewardship routines. Establish integrated execution readiness with Customer teams, Franchise Commercial Execution, Franchise Operations, and bottler partners, including clear priorities, tools, supply assumptions, investment requirements, sequencing, and decision rights. Lead governance and stewardship routines for assigned integrated execution priorities, using customer, commercial, and execution measures to identify gaps, assign actions, and track follow-through. Identify recurring execution barriers across customers, bottlers, and geographies; surface unresolved trade-offs and recommend practical solutions to Franchise Commercial leadership and the appropriate business owners. Spend regular time with Customer teams, bottler Commercial and Operations teams, Franchise Operations, and frontline teams to assess how customer commitments and execution frameworks are translating into market and outlet execution. Capture, codify, and scale effective execution practices across Coca-Cola United and South Region Mainstream bottlers while adapting to customer, channel, and local-market requirements. Simplify tools, scorecards, and routines so customer and execution priorities are clear and usable for bottler and frontline teams. Maintain disciplined follow-through on decisions, actions, milestones, and system commitments associated with integrated execution priorities. Qualifications & Requirements Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred. 7 or more years of experience in CPG, beverage, customer management, commercial execution, sales, franchise, or general management roles. Demonstrated success translating customer strategies and system priorities into clear execution requirements, governance routines, and measurable marketplace actions. Strong understanding of NRS customer planning, PICOS, channel and outlet execution, bottler operating models, and the commercial and operational levers that influence results. Experience aligning customer, franchise, commercial, bottler, and cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority. Ability to use performance data and frontline insight to diagnose execution gaps, clarify accountability, and drive practical corrective action. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complexity into clear priorities, tools, decisions, and action plans.
