At our Henning Conagra Plant, we're producing PAM cooking spray which is a foundation to cooking, baking, or grilling a delicious meal. Reporting to the Production Team Lead, you will combine raw ingredients and oversee the mixing process. You will join a team of over 150 associates and support safe, reliable, and high‑quality production while collaborating across departments to maintain food safety and operational excellence. A Taste of Your Responsibilities You will combine raw ingredients according to product recipes and operate all related compounding equipment. You will oversee sanitation and preventive maintenance activities within the compounding department. You will use a forklift to carry, stage, and transport raw ingredients. You will follow Good Manufacturing Practices, Personal Protective Equipment requirements, and all Conagra policies. You will identify food safety risks and escalate issues.
