Partner with Sales, Deal Desk, Legal, FP&A, Customer Success, and Operations teams to ensure accurate contract setup, revenue forecasting, and financial reporting. Identify revenue recognition risks, operational inefficiencies, and control gaps, and drive process improvements to enhance scalability and compliance. Prepare and review revenue-related schedules and disclosures supporting internal and external financial reporting requirements. Lead revenue accounting initiatives, including system implementations, process automation, ERP enhancements, and integration projects. Collaborate with business and technology partners to define system requirements, evaluate impacts to accounting processes, and ensure alignment with company accounting policies. Execute and coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT), validation activities, and change management efforts for new system implementations and enhancements. Support internal and external audits by providing technical accounting support, maintaining SOX controls, and ensuring compliance with corporate policies and US GAAP.
