In this position, you will play a critical role in the design, implementation, programming, and commissioning of advanced building automation systems, using the Tridium Niagara Framework. You’ll assist in installing, programming, and servicing commercial digital controls systems, as well as provide technician support for Building Automation Systems, maintenance agreements, system upgrades, and controls service requests. Location: Lincoln, NE – Onsite Your Responsibilities Program, configure, and deploy building automation systems using the Tridium Niagara Framework (N4) to support advanced HVAC control strategies. Lead and support system commissioning activities, including point-to-point verification, functional testing, and system optimization to ensure peak performance. Design and implement integration solutions across multiple platforms and protocols (BACnet, Modbus, LonWorks, etc.). Install, troubleshoot, and service commercial digital control systems, ensuring reliable and efficient operation. Provide advanced technical support for Building Automation Systems (BAS), including diagnostics, repairs, and system enhancements. Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and field teams to ensure successful project execution and delivery. Perform system upgrades, retrofits, and migrations, including converting legacy systems to Niagara-based platforms. Develop and maintain graphics, dashboards, and user interfaces to support end-user visibility and control. Respond to controls service requests and maintenance agreements, delivering timely and high-quality service. Mentor and support junior technicians, providing guidance on Niagara programming, troubleshooting, and best practices. Ensure all work complies with company standards, safety protocols, and industry best practices. Maintain accurate documentation and reports, including as-built drawings, sequences of operation, and commissioning records.
