Ready to be a Titan? The Senior Analyst, Marketing Strategy & Operations is an analytical and operational partner to the Marketing team, helping Marketing make smarter decisions about strategy, operations, and spend. As part of your role, you will drive three connected areas: funnel performance, ROI modeling, and planning. You'll translate ambiguous, cross-functional questions into clear analysis and a plan, and drive that plan yourself. This role sits on the Revenue Strategy & Operations team and reports to the Director, Marketing Strategy & Operations. Our team owns tangible business outcomes (pipeline, revenue, and retention) without directly generating them: we build the programs, analysis, and operating rhythm that help frontline Titans succeed, and we hold cross-functional partners accountable to shared goals. We're also committed to being the best RevOps organization in using AI to supercharge our work. What you'll do Support the operating cadence: day-to-day metrics, business reviews, readout memos, and program management, flagging risks and opportunities proactively and driving them to resolution Own weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting and forecasting and build SQL/Tableau datasets and dashboards from various data sources that give leadership a trusted view of Marketing's health Own high-impact special projects from opportunity identification through recommendation to ongoing execution and iteration, deliver stakeholder-ready analysis and recommendations with a clear "so what" Use AI to create leverage: automate recurring reporting and analysis, build tools and templates the broader team adopts, and redirect the time saved toward judgment-heavy work: what to build, why it matters, and what the data actually means in context Contribute to the broader Revenue Strategy & Operations team by documenting processes, sharing frameworks, and onboarding peers on the work you own What you'll bring 2-4+ years of experience in a combination of high-growth tech companies and/or management consulting Functional experience in operations, strategy, go-to-market, growth, or marketing/revenue operations within SaaS is preferred Experience running quantitative analyses and leveraging AI tools to conduct and report analytical work Hands-on experience with HubSpot and Salesforce is preferred Ability to distill complex, ambiguous problems into a concrete plan, and then drive execution of that plan yourself Genuinely energized by variety and ambiguity Excellence in cross-functional communication: you can explain a complex problem to a senior leader and an analyst with equal clarity Be Human With Us: Being human isn’t about checking every box on a list. It’s about the experiences we have, people we meet, and the perspectives we share. So, if you have the skills but are hesitant to apply because of your background, apply anyway. We need amazing people like you to help us challenge the conventional and think differently about the problems that we’re solving. We’re in this together. Come be human, with us. Use of AI Technology: We use technology, including automated and AI-assisted tools, to support certain aspects of our recruitment process. These tools are designed to improve efficiency and enhance the candidate experience. AI tools are not used to make hiring decisions; all hiring decisions are made by our hiring teams. What We Offer: When you join our team, you’re not just accepting a job. You’re making a career move. Here’s how we’ll support you in doing some of the most impactful work of your career: Flextime, recognition, and support for autonomous work: Flexible time off with ample learning and development opportunities to continue growing your career. We offer a comprehensive onboarding program, leadership training for Titans at all levels, and other programs and events. Great work is rewarded through Bonusly, peer-nominated awards, and more. Holistic health and wellness benefits: Company-paid medical, dental, and vision (with 100% employer paid options and 90% coverage for dependents), FSA and HSA, 401k match, and telehealth options including memberships to One Medical.
