This opportunity sits within our Advanced Engineering and Renewable Energy teams, working across the UK, European, and US markets giving you real scope to build a global desk and significantly increase your earnings.

What will you be doing?
This is a full 360 recruitment role where you will:
- Build your own client base through business development and relationship building
- Win and manage client projects across your chosen market
- Headhunt and place high-quality candidates into specialist roles
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle – from qualification through to offer
- Develop your personal brand through job adverts, networking, and social media
- Meet clients face-to-face, with opportunities to travel internationally (USA, Europe, and beyond)
