Large General Contractor seeks an experienced Construction Administrative Assistant to join our team for a large, public works project located in Pacific Palisades.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent, Associate's degree or higher in Business Administration is preferred
- 2+ years of administrative support experience, preferably in construction, engineering, or architecture
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Strong data entry and document management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
