Nous recherchons un(e) expert(e) senior, pour rejoindre notre équipe JLL Expertises et participer à des missions pour nos clients français et internationaux. Vos principales responsabilités consistent à : Qualifier les besoins du client, le contexte et les enjeux de la mission Solliciter et recueillir l'ensemble des documents nécessaires à la juste évaluation du bien, auprès du client ou de parties prenantes externes (organismes administratifs ...) Visiter les biens afin de les analyser Effectuer une analyse approfondie du bien (appréciation de sa localisation et de son accessibilité en fonction du marché, évaluation des qualités architecturales du bien, évaluation de l'état du bien, analyse juridique et de son impact sur la liquidité du bien, analyse administrative, environnementale et urbaniste du bien, analyse financière, etc.) Rédiger les rapports d'expertise et les comptes rendus clients, selon les règles méthodologiques et déontologiques Restituer le rapport au client Être l'interlocuteur technique du client tout au long de la mission : le conseiller et justifier / expliciter en cas de besoin la justesse de vos positions et conclusions Assurer le pilotage et la coordination de missions d’expertise de portefeuilles récurrents ou non en France ou en Europe Veiller au respect des procédures internes et des normes de la profession (Charte de l’Expertise, RICS, …) Gérer la clôture de la mission avec le pôle administratif Participer aux démarches commerciales afin de fidéliser notre base clients et prospecter de nouveaux clients Apporter ses compétences aux projets de développement de notre activité. Le poste est basé à Paris et nécessite des déplacements réguliers en régions. Ce poste vous attire ?
