Global Immigration Specialist.

FULL TIMEFINANCE & LEGAL

About the Role

We are looking for a sharp, forward-thinking Global Immigration Specialist to help us expand and mature our immigration programs, including our Employer or Record (EOR) immigration services. This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your immigration and program management skills at a fast-growing company with hundreds of visa-holders across the world. This position is integral to ensuring compliance, enhancing employee experience, and optimizing immigration and mobility operations across a fast-growing organization.

The ideal candidate is an independent self-starter with exceptional organizational and communication skills who thrives in a fast-paced environment. They will play a critical role in scaling our global mobility function while managing a high volume of immigration cases spanning Asia, North America, South America, and Europe.

What You Will Do

  • Manage the life cycle of immigration cases across Asia, North America, South America, and Europe, in collaboration with external counsel.
  • Create and improve SOPs, FAQs, and resources to empower stakeholders and enhance the immigration experience.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (HR, Legal, Sales, CX) to increase visibility and efficiency of the company’s global mobility and immigration programs.
  • Leverage Tableau, Salesforce, and Jira to track, report, and create workflows.
  • Serve as a global immigration resource for internal teams.
  • Stay informed about global immigration trends and regulatory changes, ensuring the company’s practices remain compliant.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to enhance efficiency and employee experience.

What You Will Have

  • 3+ years of experience in immigration, mobility, or a related field, including managing cases across multiple jurisdictions. Prior global immigration experience is preferred, but a strong willingness to learn new jurisdictions is essential.
  • A strong understanding of immigration laws and the ability to navigate complex scenarios and interpret nuances in regulations.
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex immigration concepts for diverse audiences.
  • Familiarity with tools like Tableau, Salesforce (SFDC), Jira, or other similar platforms, and enthusiasm for learning new technologies.
  • A collaborative, solutions-oriented mindset, with a passion for creating a positive employee experience.
