How We Work With AI
We’re builders at heart. We enjoy the actual craft of coding and architecting solutions, and we’ve moved past the AI noise to focus on its practical value. Think of AI as an amplifier for both your sharpest logic and your most careless mistakes. You are encouraged to use it to kill boilerplate and move faster, but you can't just be a prompter. You must understand exactly what the code is doing under the hood. It’s a powerful assistant, but your engineering brain must remain firmly in the driver’s seat.
