Key responsibilities Maintain and update Trial Master Files (TMF) and study documentation. Support document preparation, filing, tracking, and archiving. Review study files for completeness and compliance. Coordinate clinical trial supplies and tracking records. Assist with CRF tracking, study queries, and data workflows. Act as a key contact for project communications and documentation. Provide guidance and mentorship to Clinical Trial Assistants, supporting onboarding, training, and knowledge sharing across the team. Serve as a subject matter expert for clinical trial processes and may lead CTA study teams and contribute to recruitment activities.
