Job Summary Schedule: Monday & Friday 9:45am - 5:15pm and Saturday 8:00am - 2:00pm Responsible for greeting patients, collect their information, and assist them with the admissions process. Qualifications QUALIFICATIONS: High School Diploma or Equivalent Experience in a healthcare or customer service role1-2 years preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with patients and healthcare professionals. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in entering patient information and maintaining records. Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems and basic computer proficiency. Communicate with patients, families, and caregivers, providing information on the admissions process, required documents, and any necessary preparations.
