Position Summary

SKIMS is seeking a Senior Manager of Order Management to lead the processes that connect inventory plans to execution across our global business.

Reporting to the Director, Inventory Operations, this role will own order visibility and execution from order creation through receipt, ensuring teams have accurate and timely visibility into inventory flow, delivery timing, changes, and risk.

The Senior Manager will serve as a critical connector between Planning, Merchandising, Product, Production, Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance, and Commercial teams, helping ensure inventory lands in support of business priorities.
•       Lead the Order Management function, establishing clear ownership, processes, and service levels across the order lifecycle.
•       Oversee order creation, maintenance, changes, cancellations, delivery dates, and receipt visibility.
•       Maintain accurate and timely visibility into inbound inventory and identify risks to planned receipts.
•       Partner with Merchandise Planning and Inventory Management to ensure orders accurately reflect approved buys and inventory strategies.
•       Partner closely with Production, Supply Chain, and Logistics to understand delivery changes and communicate business impact.
•       Proactively identify order and delivery exceptions and drive timely resolution across cross-functional teams.
•       Ensure changes to orders, quantities, delivery timing, and cancellations are accurately reflected across systems.
•       Develop clear reporting around inbound inventory, late orders, receipt timing, open orders, and exception management.
•       Establish strong data integrity and governance across order management processes.
•       Improve visibility between planned inventory, ordered inventory, in-transit inventory, and received inventory.
•       Build scalable processes to support continued growth across categories, channels, stores, and international markets.
•       Identify opportunities for systems, automation, and process improvements that reduce manual work and improve accuracy.
•       Lead and align cross-functional partners across Production, Supply Chain, Logistics, and Finance, growing the Order Management team as the function scales.
•       7+ years of experience in order management, inventory operations, merchandise operations, planning operations, production, or supply chain within a retail or consumer brand.
•       Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Fashion, Logistics or related field.
•       Strong understanding of the retail product lifecycle from buy through order, shipment, and receipt.
•       Experience managing high volumes of orders within a complex omnichannel environment.
•       Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
•       Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
•       Demonstrated ability to manage exceptions and drive resolution across multiple functions.
•       Strong communication skills and the ability to translate operational issues into clear business implications.
•       Experience improving processes and implementing scalable ways of working.
•       Experience with ERP, order management, planning, or supply chain systems preferred (Oracle experience a plus).

What You Bring

•       A proactive, detail-oriented mindset with a bias toward disciplined execution.
•       Strong cross-functional instincts, able to lead through influence across Production, Supply Chain, Logistics, and Finance.
•       Comfort operating in ambiguity and building process in a function that is still scaling.
•       A bias for action, with the ability to turn operational issues into clear business recommendations.
•       A collaborative style grounded in accountability and follow-through.
