Naylor Landscape Management is seeking a Landscaping Installation Foreman. This is a leadership role offering a starting pay of $55,000 to $75,000 annually. We are also offering a $3,000 sign on bonus!
Naylor Landscape Management is a family-owned company serving Southwest Michigan for over 30 years, headquartered in Kalamazoo, MI. Our Landscaping Installation Foreman will help deliver high-end residential projects including patios, fire features, outdoor kitchens, lighting, water features, and more.

What We're Looking For
- 1+ year leading a landscape installation crew
- 3+ years of landscape construction/install experience
- Ability to read blueprints and site plans
- Experience operating landscape construction equipment and truck/trailer combinations
- CDL-A preferred (or ability to obtain within 60–90 days)
- Spanish/English bilingual skills are a plus
