waterdrop® is an international consumer brand that makes daily hydration simple: sugar-free, vitamin-enriched hydration cubes that turn tap water into a tasty drink. We are growing in Poland and building our local team in Warsaw.
What will you do
Support the day-to-day work of our online sales channels, including marketplaces.
Help monitor offers, prices, stock and performance, and prepare simple weekly summaries.
Adapt and proofread content in Polish and English for the website, newsletters, social media and marketing materials.
Help organise brand events and promotional activities across Poland.
Prepare checklists, trackers and reports, and coordinate with colleagues and partners.
Bring your own ideas and improvements.
What we are looking for
A student or recent graduate (marketing, business, e-commerce, languages or a similar field).
Native Polish and fluent English, written and spoken.
Good command of spreadsheets (Google Sheets or Excel).
An organised, careful way of working, and a proactive attitude.
Interest in e-commerce and consumer brands.
Availability of 30 hours per week, and flexibility for some events outside regular hours.
Nice to have
Experience with online marketplaces or an online shop.
Experience with event or promotion projects.
