What You Will Do: Prepare, process, clean, install, assemble, rework, verify, and/or inspect electrical and mechanical components, hardware, subassemblies, and assemblies on single or multiple product lines. Communicate individual inventory needs for value stream. Follow production build rates, schedules and meet required cycle times Interface with manufacturing systems using computers or other electronic devices as required. Assemble cartons and containers and prepare products for shipment in accordance with domestic, international and/or customer specifications. Responsible for set-ups, work preparation, clean up, and quality assurance of own work and work-area. Accountable for all record-keeping as appropriate and in accordance with Stryker specifications. Almost all sales roles would likely be qualified as field-based. Onsite – Role is 100% located at a Stryker facility. Some ad hoc flexibility may be available depending on role, level, and job requirements. Manufacturing roles and any role that requires physical presence at the office would qualify under this category. Hybrid – You can expect to regularly work in both an alternate workplace and a Stryker facility.
