Location: Calmont Operations Building Department: Administration Shift: First Shift (United States of America) Standard Weekly Hours: 40 Summary: The Senior Secretary will assist the director in organization and maintenance of all department records, clerical assistance to the director and administrative staff of the department, assist in organization and maintenance of accounting procedures. Education & Experience: High school education or equivalent required. 2 to 4 years previous secretarial experience. Experience in Microsoft Word and with office equipment. Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills. Experience with technology, innovative, very organized etc. preferred.
