Responsibilities
- Support account handlers in contract implementation, onboarding, and client setup.
- Provide sales administration support, including quotation preparation, system setup, and documentation management.
- Coordinate client meetings, service reviews, and renewal discussions.
- Handle client enquiries, service requests, and servicing issues.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure quality client service.
- Prepare utilization reports and client documentation.
- Manage contract renewal tracking and status updates.
- Coordinate wellness programmes, health talks, vaccination programmes, and related events.
- Support sales activities and provide general sales support.
- Assist account handlers in coordinating client projects and initiatives.
- Handle special assignments, ad hoc tasks, and provide backup support for teammates as required.
Requirements
- Diploma or above
- Minimum of 1 year relevant experience in healthcare or medical insurance company is preferred
- Independent, customer-oriented & attention to details
- Excellent command of written and verbal communications skills, especially Chinese & English
- Teamplayer who is detail-minded and can work under pressure in a flexible environment
