Conduct whole home assessments and install energy-efficient products and other technical data gathering activities through a defined territory. Provides technical advice, guidance, and training on installation, adaptation, configuration, or enhancement in accordance with client specifications. Record assessment results, customer and contractor interactions to adhere to program requirements. Provide input and status updates to program staff. Deliver great customer service.
