We're looking for a Remote Customer Service & Booking Specialist who brings empathy, warmth, and a passion for helping others to every conversation. You'll be the first voice our customers hear, making them feel heard, valued, and confident they're in good hands.

What You'll Do
- Answer inbound calls and provide friendly, professional customer service.
- Make outbound calls to follow up with customers and schedule appointments.
- Listen to customer needs, answer questions, and confidently guide them toward booking.
- Accurately document customer information and appointments in our CRM.
- Meet booking goals while maintaining excellent customer service.
What We're Looking For
- 3–5 years of customer service or appointment-setting experience, preferably in plumbing, HVAC, electrical, or home services.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Friendly, confident, and professional phone presence.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Comfortable using computers and CRM systems.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment.
- Reliable internet connection and a professional home workspace.
Bonus: Experience with ServiceTitan or a similar CRM system.
