About the Role
We are seeking a relationship management professional to manage and support a portfolio of fintech Program Managers using our banking and payments infrastructure.
The ideal candidate brings experience serving high-net-worth individuals or managing private banking relationships and can apply that same level of responsiveness, discretion, and attention to detail to business relationships with our Program Managers.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary relationship contact for assigned Program Managers, developing a strong understanding of their business models, program structures, and banking needs.
- Coordinate onboarding and implementation with Compliance, Operations, Payments, Product, and Technology teams.
- Provide ongoing relationship support across account services, payments, foreign exchange, and platform capabilities.
- Track service requests, resolve issues, and coordinate escalations while keeping Program Managers informed.
- Conduct regular relationship reviews to discuss program performance, service needs, outstanding items, and growth opportunities.
- Help Program Managers understand documentation requirements, operational procedures, and available services.
- Coordinate compliance information requests and periodic reviews, ensuring timely follow-up.
- Identify opportunities to expand existing relationships through approved products and services.
- Maintain accurate relationship records, action plans, and follow-up activities in the CRM.
- Communicate partner feedback internally to improve service delivery and the overall program experience.
Required Qualifications
- Three to five years of experience in relationship management, private banking, high-net-worth client services, commercial banking, or related financial services.
- Experience delivering personalized, responsive service and managing complex client needs.
- Strong communication, organization, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with banking operations, domestic and international payments, and foreign exchange.
- Working knowledge of KYC, AML, and client due diligence processes.
- Ability to coordinate across teams and manage multiple priorities with consistent follow-through.
- Comfort using digital banking platforms and CRM systems.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with fintechs, Program Managers, embedded banking, or banking-as-a-service programs. .
- Experience supporting international clients or cross-border financial services.
- Fluency in English and Spanish.
