Job Description: Prestige Beverage Group, a leading importer and innovator of award-winning wines and spirits from around the world, is seeking an energetic and organized Office & Customer Coordinator. This role supports our growing team through a variety of administrative, customer service, and office management responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. Be the main point of contact for all office management tasks Assist the executive team on a regular basis with travel, calendars/meetings, meals Receive and handle all inbound/outbound mail and sample requests Track packages and resolve any issues with FedEx UPS and other carriers Receive and handle all Point-of-Sale requests Manage the PBG sample room inventory and order process Support and organize any large in-house meetings (scheduling, meal order/delivery) Work closely with the Prestige Social Committee and help orchestrate any office happy hours, team parties, team volunteer days Communicate with the corporate maintenance, cleaning, and security departments for any office related issues or needs Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Communication, Marketing, or other related field preferred 3+ years of experience as an assistant, office manager, or relevant role Strong written and verbal communication skills Organization and ability to multitask and prioritize work What you can expect: Join Prestige Beverage Group, where talented people, strong values, and a collaborative culture drive success.
