Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective talent acquisition strategies.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for both IT and Non-IT positions, ensuring a high-quality candidate experience.
- Manage end-to-end talent acquisition processes, including job postings, candidate assessments, and offer negotiations.
- Utilize innovative sourcing methods, such as social media, networking events, and industry-specific platforms, to attract diverse talent pools.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for critical positions to ensure a proactive approach to talent acquisition, including track pipeline, risks, timelines, and next actions.
- Develop and execute comprehensive employer branding strategies to promote the company as an employer of choice, and ensure a consistent candidate experience through interview
- Leverage social media platforms and other channels to showcase the company's culture, values, and employee success stories.
- Collaborate with marketing and communication teams to align employer branding efforts with overall corporate branding initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a talent acquisition professional, with a focus on both IT and Non-IT positions.
- Strong understanding of the IT industry and knowledge of technical roles and skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creative thinking and the ability to develop and implement innovative employer branding strategies.
- Familiarity with social media and online presence management.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Experience organizing and participating in industry events and career fairs.
