The Money
- $70K–$80K on-target earnings in year one
- Uncapped commission on every qualified appointment you book and every deal you source that closes

The Setup
- Hybrid: 2 days in our Lubbock, TX office, 3 days from home

What You'll Do
- Make high-volume outbound calls (about 100 dials a day) to business owners and C-level decision-makers
- Get past gatekeepers with confidence and skill
- Book qualified first appointments for our Account Executives
- Build lasting relationships with executives
- Keep the CRM clean and accurate
- Join daily coaching and training sessions
- Set goals with your manager, then beat them
What You Bring
- 1–2 years of SDR, BDR or outbound sales experience
- You're energized by cold calls, not scared of them
- Sharp communication and listening skills
- A competitive streak and a strong work ethic
- You're coachable and want to get better every day
