Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Civil Construction Manager to oversee and manage various civil construction projects. Responsibilities

- Utilize construction management software such as ProCore and Primavera P6 for project scheduling, tracking progress, and managing resources.
- Conduct thorough construction estimating to prepare accurate budgets and forecasts for project costs.
- Oversee the preparation and review of contracts, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and industry standards.
- Monitor construction site activities to ensure safety protocols are followed and quality standards are maintained.
- Review blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure accurate execution of project plans.
- Implement time management strategies to optimize workflow and resource allocation across multiple projects.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to project teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Proven experience in civil construction management with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
- Proficiency in construction management software including ProCore, Bluebeam, HeavyBid, Primavera P6, and Civil 3D.
- Strong knowledge of construction estimating techniques and project scheduling methodologies.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Solid understanding of contracts, blueprints reading, schematics, and relevant regulations in the construction industry.
- Exceptional time management skills with a focus on meeting deadlines while maintaining quality standards.
