As a Primary Care Physician, you will report to the Associate Medical Director. You will be on-site at our Palm Coast, FL. clinic. A day in the life of a Conviva physician Monday-Friday, 8:00 am-5:00 pm See an average of 15 patients per day Longer authorized appointments (45 minutes) You will be on-site Required Qualifications Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Osteopathic Medicine (DO) Board certified or board eligible in Geriatric Medicine, Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Valid, unrestricted license in the state of Florida or able to obtain one. Current, unrestricted DEA license Screened for TB Minimum of two years of experience 1+ years of experience managing a Medicare Advantage patients panel Associate who speaks with a member in a language other than English must take a language proficiency assessment, provided by an outside vendor, to ensure competency.
