Responsibilities: Assists in maintaining patient and staff safety by monitoring patient and assisting delegated nursing care. Incorporates therapeutic and diversionary interventions to maintain patient safety, refocus the patient, and promote healthy behaviors as needed. Assists patients with ambulation, hygiene, nutrition, linen changes, and other activities of daily living. Incorporates problem solving and critical thinking skills to help implement behavioral interventions. Other duties as assigned.
