About Gramian

Gramian Consultancy is a boutique consultancy specializing in IT professional services and engineering talent solutions. With a strong background in software engineering and leadership, we help companies build high-performing teams by matching them with professionals who truly fit their needs.

About the Role

We are seeking experienced Insurance Claims Investigation and Evidence Review Specialists to contribute to a specialized AI training and evaluation project focused on identifying staged-loss incidents and fraudulent insurance claims.

In this role, you will apply your investigative and forensic expertise to analyze digital claim evidence, reconstruct accident or loss events, and assess the authenticity and causation of reported incidents. You will work with CCTV and dashcam footage, scene photographs, witness statements, engineering reports, and other technical evidence to produce clear, evidence-based assessments.

The ideal candidate has at least 7 years of relevant experience in special investigations, insurance fraud detection, forensic engineering, or fleet safety review. Your professional judgment and ability to identify inconsistencies in complex claims will help improve the accuracy and reliability of next-generation AI systems.

Previous AI experience is not required. Your investigative expertise is what matters most.
