RATE: $33 PER HOUR

We are helping our client find Trainers – Mission Readiness Service to deliver hands-on training and support the development of new and experienced operators within an autonomous vehicle operations team.

In this role, you'll teach, demonstrate, and assess daily operational procedures through classroom instruction, hands-on training, coaching, and performance evaluations. You'll collaborate with Training Supervisors, Project Managers, instructors, and functional managers to ensure operators remain proficient in standardized operating procedures (SOPs) and current training requirements.

The ideal candidate brings autonomous vehicle industry experience, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and the ability to effectively train and evaluate operators in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

  • Identify gaps, discrepancies, or areas of confusion within the training curriculum.
  • Assist in reviewing, updating, and improving training materials to reflect current SOPs and operational requirements.
  • Review new training materials and provide feedback to ensure accuracy and effectiveness.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure trainees and operators receive the most current training information.

Operational Support & Proficiency

  • Complete a minimum of 8 hours per month performing Service or Service Associate duties to maintain operational knowledge and proficiency with SOPs.
  • Maintain familiarity with current Mission Readiness procedures, responsibilities, and operational expectations.
