Barbara Bang is looking for a person who will be responsible for our business partners having top-notch service and a great experience with our brand.
Responsibilities:
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing business partners
- Communicate with partners (chat, email, online and in–person meetings)
- Conduct negotiations and sign new agreements
- Plan, execute, analyze, and optimize promotional campaigns
- Design and validate hypotheses to optimize campaign performance
- Updating and creating new records in internal documentation, including CRM
- Collaborate with Business Development, Legal, Finance, and Technical Departments to escalate and resolve issues
- Deliver quarterly KPIs
- Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports
- Plan and attend industry conferences
Requirements:
- English level: C1
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position, IT B2B product company- must have
- Experience working with international partners or clients across multiple markets
- Familiarity with regulated markets and compliance requirements (not mandatory, but a strong plus)
- Strong skills in Excel, Word, Jira, Slack, and HubSpot
- Proactive, analytical, and data-driven mindset with a strong business-oriented approach
- Ability to represent company interests confidently in negotiations
- Experience with data analysis and reporting (weekly, monthly, and quarterly)
- Willingness and ability to travel
