Where this role fits: Senior Paid Media Managers run campaigns hands-on and
make our standards work at scale in our KL hub, leading the people and clients
that turn our work into outcomes.
About the Role
As a Senior Paid Media Manager you make our standards work in practice, across a
team, a capability or a set of clients. You specialise in Social or Search (experience in
both is a bonus), run accounts with little or no intervention, and help others grow.
Senior is one level with two tracks, and you can move between them. Tell us in your
application which track interests you most.
- Pod Lead: lead a pod of 3 or 4 Media Managers.
- Client track: lead a set of client accounts directly from KL.

What You Will Do
All Senior Paid Media Managers
- Sign off launches in your area against our QA checklist and own the quality of that work.
- Run and optimise campaigns in your channel, Social or Search, and join publisher conversations with our Sydney Performance Account Managers.
- Find root causes and fix the process, not just the issue.
- Build and improve scripts, rules and automation, and teach at least one capability to the wider team.
- Roll out new features and tests approved by our consultants, and share results across APAC.
- Support Juniors and Mids with questions, guidance and training.
- Line manage a pod of 3 or 4: regular one-to-ones, coaching and development.
- Allocate work across the pod, manage priorities and sign off every launch.
- Partner with a Sydney Performance Account Manager on delivery quality for their accounts.
What You Will Bring
- 4+ years of hands-on paid media experience in Social or Search; experience
- across both is a bonus.
- A strong record of accurate work, and experience reviewing or signing off
- others' work.
- Track-specific: people leadership (Pod Lead), or client-facing experience, ideally with Australian clients (Client track).
- Clear English and confidence with Australian stakeholders and publishers.
- Examples of automation or AI tools or workflows you have built.
- Nice to have: retail or ecommerce experience, Google Ads and Meta Blueprint certifications.
