As a Billing Associate, you'll work closely with our Billing Operations team to support daily billing activities, assist our partners, and ensure our processes run smoothly. You'll gain experience working with business systems, financial processes, and cross-functional teams while building skills that can open doors to future opportunities within Cytracom.
You don't need to be a billing expert to succeed here. We're looking for someone who brings a positive attitude, strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a genuine desire to learn. If you're someone who takes initiative, asks questions, and wants to keep growing, we'd love to meet you!
What You'll Do
- Learn and support day-to-day billing operations, including invoicing, credits, refunds, and account updates.
- Assist partners and internal teams by answering billing questions and resolving account-related requests.
- Support accounts receivable activities, including payment follow-ups, invoice tracking, and account updates.
- Process account changes, order requests, and service adjustments while ensuring accuracy.
- Maintain organized and accurate records of billing transactions and account activity.
- Work closely with teammates to troubleshoot issues, learn new processes, and support daily operations.
- Identify opportunities to improve workflows, streamline processes, and make our team more efficient.
- Participate in cross-training opportunities to expand your knowledge of billing operations and the business.
- Take on additional responsibilities as you develop your skills and confidence in the role.

No previous billing experience required! Experience in customer service, administrative support, retail, hospitality, or another detail-oriented role can be a great foundation for success.
