It supports Nuclear Command, Control, and Communications (NC3), Joint Electromagnetic Spectrum Operations (JEMSO), Global Strike, and Missile Threat Assessments, working closely with other Combatant Commands, Services, and defense agencies. Contract personnel will provide key components to ensure mission success and the safety of the U.S. and its allies by providing 24/7 IT & AV services and network support for NIPRNet, SIPRNet, JWICS, and SAP/SAR environments. Manage the operation, configuration, and maintenance of virtual machines and their management consoles (Teradici, Wyse Management Suite (WMS), 10Zig Management Console) Provides multi-disciplinary support for mission system services, including life cycle management, engineering, integration, and sustainment of required systems and assured connectivity across geographically separated locations Verify system performance after hardware and software installation Manage product/service issue resolution and upgrades Handle the administration and support of print services Diagnose technical problems, escalate unresolved issues according to established procedures, and suggest potential alternative courses of action Enhance and maintain training & planning documentation and validates recovery capabilities through periodic testing, including targeted recovery tests that are conducted throughout the year. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary.
