Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or related field (preferred). • 7+ years of experience in Marketing/Advertising. • Portfolio showcasing strong writing ability. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and agency-specific software. • Expertise in social media, digital best practices, and healthcare copywriting (AMA style). • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Strong mentorship and relationship-building abilities. • Effective multitasking, prioritization, and financial management skills. • Proven leadership and people management abilities. • Demonstrated professionalism, creativity, collaboration, and problem-solving skills. $135,000-$168,000 To the extent permissible by local law, Omnicom’s policy requires employees to work in the office for a minimum of three days a week, unless additional in-office days are directed by their agency or manager.
