Agency: Omnicom Media Job Function: Media Job Subfunction: Performance Media Job Description: As a Director, Performance, you will lead the performance discipline across key platforms in social, search and programmatic driving innovation, strategic direction, and business growth across teams and client portfolios. What You’ll Do · Define and evolve paid social frameworks, best practices, and activation approaches · Lead strategic planning across client portfolios, aligning paid social to business outcomes · Drive innovation across platforms, tools, and partnerships · Lead senior client relationships and high-level strategic discussions · Identify and drive new business opportunities and account growth · Oversee financial performance including revenue, profitability, and resourcing · Lead and develop Associate Directors and broader activation teams · Build organizational capability, structure, and culture · Partner with cross-functional teams to drive integrated media strategies · Stay ahead of industry trends and platform developments About You · 8–10+ years experience in paid social or digital media · Proven leadership across teams and client portfolios · Strong business and financial acumen · Deep platform expertise and industry knowledge · Executive-level communication and leadership skills · Ability to drive innovation and organizational impact Why Join Omnicom Media Canada At Omnicom Media Canada, careers are designed for growth. Expected Salary: $95,000 - $110,000 Omnicom Media is providing the compensation range that the company is willing to pay for this position based on the successful applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities.
