Problem Solving & Ownership A drive to understand underlying system mechanics and implement long-term fixes rather than quick workarounds. Proven ability to lead and deliver solutions for complex, loosely defined problems. A continuous-improvement mindset—eager to leave systems better than found and refine existing codebases. Collaboration & Culture Equal value placed on empathy, clear communication, and technical acumen. Recognition that impactful engineering relies as much on effective interpersonal communication as on writing software. Enthusiasm for working in a collaborative team environment dedicated to driving continuous improvement for both the group and the company.
