You will provide licensed support to financial professionals, distribution partners, and Prudential sales teams—understanding needs, identifying opportunities, and offering product, illustration, and sales concept guidance that helps move business forward. This role is a strong fit for curious, coachable, and adaptable people who enjoy learning, solving problems, and helping others succeed. Work arrangements may change based on business needs. What You Can Expect Support financial professionals, internal sales partners, and business partners by phone and digital channels, providing clear, consultative information about life insurance products, illustrations and sales concepts. Ask thoughtful questions and listen closely to understand needs, identify case opportunities, and provide clear information on available options and next steps. Build expertise in life insurance products, illustrations, sales concepts, and case design, then apply that knowledge to help move opportunities toward submission. Strong listening, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to identify needs and help financial professionals evaluate available product information and options. Ability to work independently, collaborate effectively, and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced sales environment. Comfort learning and navigating multiple systems, technologies, and digital tools. FINRA SIE and Series 6 or 7 registration, or the ability to obtain the required registrations within 120 days of hire.
