Vos missions principales seront : Réaliser différentes Interventions (montage/ajustage/réglage/peinture/réparation composite/câblage/procédés spéciaux) sur avion, Préparer son intervention selon un ordre de travail (analyse besoin outillage, produits chimiques, environnement avion, documents associés), Suivant situation, expliquer au client la nature de son intervention et la configuration avion pré-requise, Analyser et faire un diagnostic pour comprendre le défaut de la panne, Contribuer activement à l’amélioration continue (5S, Turnbacks, process, outils et instructions de travail), Appliquer les règles EHS et être « moteur » sur votre poste de travail et dans votre environnement, Supporter le déploiement de la culture Collins associée au Collins Path. Profil : De formation initiale Bac +2 technique ou CQPM mécanicien aéronautique ou justifiant d’une expérience significative sur un poste similaire dans le domaine aéronautique, Idéalement, expérience professionnelle de 2 à 3 ans sur avion en « FAL Airbus », Maitrise de la lecture de gammes et l’analyse des documentations techniques, vous connaissez les techniques de montage mécanique, Vous êtes force de proposition. Vous faîtes preuve de réactivité et de polyvalence, Vous savez vous adapter à un environnement largement évolutif, Vous appréciez travailler en équipe. Rigueur, autonomie, intégrité sont des qualités indispensables pour réussir à ce poste.
